Pull a block, read the rule, do what it says — and don't knock the tower over. Whoever does must finish their drink.
Drunk Jenga takes the classic block-pulling tension of Jenga and layers in drinking rules, dares, and chaos. Before the game, every block gets a number written on it corresponding to a rule on a separate sheet — anything from 'take 2 sips' to 'make a rule that lasts the rest of the night'. Pull a block, read it out loud, follow it, then stack it on top. The tower gets wobblier, players get louder, and the rules get harder to remember. Knock it over and you're finishing your drink.
Number each of the 54 Jenga blocks 1–54 with a marker. Write out a matching list of rules on a sheet of paper — one rule per number. Build the tower in standard staggered layers. Everyone has a drink ready and the rule sheet within reach.
Players take turns removing a block from the tower using only one hand.
Find the matching rule on the sheet and read it out loud, then follow it (e.g., 'take 2 drinks', 'make a rule', 'swap drinks with someone').
Place the block on top of the tower.
If the tower falls, the player who knocked it over must finish their drink.
Rebuild and continue.
Write rules all around a specific theme (e.g., movies, pop culture).
Play with oversized outdoor Jenga blocks. Same rules, bigger wobble, louder crashes.
Flip a coin onto a pizza box — land on blank space and trace a rule, land on a circle and follow it.
Choose truth to come clean, or pick a dare and get moving. If you chicken out, you're taking a drink.
