Guess if the next card is higher or lower. Wrong guess? You drink. Three in a row and you assign the drinks.
Higher or Lower is the most straightforward card game out there. No complex strategy, just you, a deck of cards, and your intuition. You guess whether the next card will have a higher or lower value than the one on the table. If you mess up, you drink. If you're lucky, you get to pass the drinks along.
Take a deck of cards. Sit in a circle and flip the first card face up in the middle. The lowest card in the deck (2 or 7) is the minimum, Ace is the maximum.
The player on deck looks at the card on the table and guesses: will the next one be Higher or Lower?
Flip the next card from the deck. If the player is wrong, they take a drink and the turn ends.
The Tie: If a card of the exact same value is flipped (e.g., Jack on a Jack), the player drinks automatically.
If the player guesses correctly, they can try their luck again with the next card or choose to pass the turn to the next person.
Bonus: Anyone who gets 3 correct guesses in a row can assign 3 drinks to anyone at the table as a reward.
You can also try to guess the color (Red/Black). If you get it right, you assign double the drinks.
Guess the color of the card before the dealer flips it. Right? The dealer drinks. Wrong? You drink.
