The Wild West card game Bang! with drinking rules — every lost life point is a sip and the Beer card is finally a real beer.
Bang! is a popular card game of hidden roles: the Sheriff and the Deputies fight the Outlaws, while the Renegade wants to be the last one standing. The game already has a Beer card that heals you, so the drinking version almost writes itself. You play Bang! exactly as the box says and simply add drinks to the moments that hurt — losing life points, Dynamite and being knocked out. It is one of the best drinking games for groups that like a little strategy and a lot of accusing each other.
You need the Bang! card game. Deal roles and characters as the official rules describe — the Sheriff reveals their role, everyone else keeps theirs secret. Everyone has a drink in front of them.
Play Bang! by its normal rules. The drinking rules below are added on top.
Lose a life point: Every time you lose a life point for any reason (Bang!, Gatling, Indians, Duel), take one sip.
Beer card: When you play a Beer card to heal 1 life point, take a real sip to gain that life back.
Saloon: When someone plays Saloon, everyone at the table drinks together to regain 1 life point.
Dynamite: If the Dynamite explodes on you, you lose 3 life points as usual — and take 3 sips.
Elimination: When you are knocked out, reveal your role and take a shot (or a big swig). You can keep drinking with the table, but you are out of the game.
The game ends by the normal Bang! rules — the Sheriff's team, the Outlaws or the Renegade wins. The losing team drinks one final toast to the winners.

The dice version is faster and easier to explain. Every arrow and every lost life point is a sip, and every Beer you roll is a real sip of beer.
Whoever loses a Duel takes two sips instead of one.
An aggressive bluffing card game where you either believe the dealer or shout 'Fuck you!' and risk drinking double.
Roll two dice secretly, announce your score, and bluff your way to the top. The Mexican (2-1) rules the table.
A card game of hierarchy and power. The winner becomes President; the loser becomes the Asshole.
Memorize your four cards and bluff like a pro. Assign sips to believers, but risk drinking double if someone calls your bluff.
